We collect only what we need to deliver your order and run the store, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

  • Order details: name, phone number, delivery address, email if given, and what you bought.
  • Payment details: for InstaPay, the transfer confirmation you send us. We never see or store card numbers.
  • Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
  • Browsing data: cookies and device information collected by Shopify, such as pages viewed and items in your cart.
  • Device and ad-interaction data: for example how you reached our site from an ad.
  • Skin quiz answers: saved only in your own browser to remember your results. They aren't sent to us.

How we use it

  • To confirm, ship and deliver your order, and handle returns.
  • To contact you about your order on WhatsApp, including confirming InstaPay transfers.
  • To prevent fraud and repeated refused deliveries.
  • To send offers, only if you've agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
  • To improve the website.

Who we share it with

  • Our delivery partner: your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver.
  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes order data.
  • Advertising and analytics providers (Google, Meta), limited to browsing and purchase events as described below.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.

We use advertising and analytics tools from Google and Meta (and TikTok, if we run ads there) to measure which products people view and to show our ads to relevant audiences. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may receive information such as pages viewed, items added to cart, and purchases. They do not receive your payment details. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out through the ad settings of your Google and Meta accounts.

Keeping and deleting your data
