Shipping policy
We deliver across Egypt in 2 to 5 business days, and shipping is free on orders over 2,000 EGP.
Delivery times
- Orders are prepared and handed to our courier within 1 business day. Our business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your governorate. These are estimates counted from shipping, not from when you order.
- You'll receive a tracking update when your order ships.
Delivery fees
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate.
- Orders over 2,000 EGP ship free. The total is counted after discounts.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.
- InstaPay: after you place your order, you'll see our InstaPay payment link. Pay the order total, then send a screenshot of the transfer with your order number on WhatsApp. Your order ships once the transfer is confirmed.
Receiving your order
- We deliver to the address and phone number you give at checkout, so please check them carefully.
- The courier will try to deliver twice. If they can't reach you, contact us on WhatsApp to rearrange delivery.
- Orders not collected within 7 days of the first delivery attempt are returned to us and cancelled.
- Anyone at the address who accepts and signs for the order accepts it on your behalf.
Refused or failed deliveries
If an order is refused at the door without a valid reason, or can't be delivered because the address or phone number is wrong, we may ask you to pay the shipping fee before we accept your next order. Repeated refusals may mean we only accept InstaPay from you.
If a deposit has been made on the order, shipping fees will be deducted before returning the deposit.
