Terms of service
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Sahara Beauty runs this store on Shopify and may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
Products and prices
- All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.
- Unless stated otherwise, every product has at least 6 months left before its expiry date when we ship it. Clearance items with shorter dates are marked at checkout.
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
- Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real product.
- Products are for cosmetic use only. Please patch test, read the ingredients, and ask a doctor if you have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing.
Orders
- An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message.
- We may limit quantities per customer, or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If you paid by InstaPay, we refund you in full.
- You're responsible for giving a correct address and phone number.
Payment
- We accept cash on delivery and InstaPay only.
- If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank.
Discount codes
- Codes are entered at checkout, one per order, and can't be exchanged for cash.
- We may end a promotion at any time.
Delivery, returns and privacy
These are covered in our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for reactions caused by an ingredient listed on the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
